Velodyne Acoustics Deep Waves 10 – Active Subwoofer

With a high-quality matte black enclosure and a front-firing active driver combined with side-firing passive radiators, the Deep Waves series delivers an immersive low-frequency presence ideal for home theater systems. The Deep Waves 10 uses a 2.5-inch voice coil with four-layer winding to provide very precise, high-excursion movement.
The 22 mm MDF cabinet with additional internal bracing minimizes unwanted resonances, while the dual ferrite magnet motor ensures solid low-frequency control. For convenience and fine-tuning from the listening position, the subwoofer is compatible with the iWoofer™ app so you can adjust settings to match your room and preferences. Rear-panel connections include gold-plated Stereo/LFE RCA jacks and nickel-plated high-level inputs for flexible integration with a variety of systems.

The unit combines efficient Class D amplification (600W dynamic / 350W RMS), a low-pass crossover adjustable between 50 Hz and 180 Hz, and phase adjustment from 0° to 180° to help align bass with other speakers. Compact dimensions and a 21 kg net weight make the Deep Waves 10 a balanced solution where powerful bass is required without a large footprint.
