The KC-110 from Roland is a battery-powered stereo keyboard amplifier with three separate input channels (including an XLR microphone input), built-in effects, and lots of useful features like the ability to mount on a speaker stand. You can plug stereo keyboards, a microphone, and other line-level devices into the KC-110 (such as a drum machine and an MP3 player) and it will amplify the sounds either on battery power or when plugged into AC power with the included adapter.
Built-in effects help to sweeten the sound and accentuate the stereophonic sounds of your keyboards and other devices and instruments. A pole mounting cup in the base of the KC-110 makes it possible to attach it to a tripod speaker stand. Raising any speaker system up to your ear level makes it sound a lot clearer. When a pole mount isn’t available, the KC-110 features a handy tilt-back stand at its base, which helps point the speakers up toward your ears when it’s placed on the floor. The dual 6.5″ (16 cm) stereo speakers are bi-amplified, and a “Wide” chorus effect is included to achieve an impressive stereo sound.
