The Audio Technica AT8024 Stereo/Mono Camera-Mount Microphone is designed to enhance your audio capturing needs in various environments such as weddings, conferences, and sports events. Whether you are using a DSLR or a video camera, this microphone offers superior sound quality compared to standard camera microphones.
This microphone comes with selectable line-cardioid mono and internally matrixed mid-side stereo modes, providing flexibility to focus on a single sound source or to widen the field for more sonic realism. It is equipped with a three-position adjustable input pad to handle different sound levels without distortion, and a switchable low-frequency roll-off to minimize unwanted ambient noise and vibration interference.
The AT8024 is powered by a single AA battery, ensuring optimal performance with high maximum SPL. It features an integral rubber shock mount to isolate the microphone from mechanical camera noises.
