The Allen & Heath AR2412M is a robust, black stage box designed to expand the input/output capabilities of your GLD-80 or GLD-112 mixer. This device offers 24 XLR inputs and 12 XLR outputs, connecting via a Cat5 cable with the proprietary dSNAKE protocol. This connection enables the AR2412M to be positioned up to 120m away from the mixer, providing flexibility in various stage setups.
dSNAKE technology also gives remote control over the preamp settings, and all mic preamps are fully scene recallable. For enhanced functionality, you can connect additional AR84 or AB168 AudioRacks to the AR2412M, adding up to 16 inputs and 8 outputs.
