Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use DXBAudio, request a quotation or place an order. DXBAudio is a brand of Innovatech Retail Solutions LLC and is owned and operated by Innovatech Retail Solutions LLC. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order creates a request to buy the listed products. An order confirmation confirms receipt of that request; acceptance occurs only after we have verified payment, stock and delivery details. If there is a pricing, stock or delivery issue, we may contact you to correct the issue, offer an alternative or cancel the order and release or refund any payment as applicable.
Pricing, VAT and payment
Prices are displayed in AED and include UAE VAT where stated. Shipping charges, available payment methods and any applicable delivery options are shown at checkout before you place your order. Product prices, promotions and availability may change before acceptance. A payment authorisation is not necessarily a completed charge; see the payment information displayed at checkout for the method used.
Product information and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, price and availability accurate. Manufacturer updates, screen settings and production changes can result in minor differences. Contact us before ordering if a particular feature, finish, compatibility requirement or delivery date is essential to your purchase. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy form part of these terms. Those pages explain delivery charges and timing, return eligibility, method, costs, refund timing, exchanges and warranty support. They are publicly available without sign-in.
Quotes, special orders and installation
Quotes are valid only for the period stated in writing. Special-order, customised, installation and project work may have additional written scope, payment, delivery and cancellation terms. Installation is not included with a product unless expressly stated in the listing, quotation or order confirmation.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce protected DXBAudio, manufacturer or catalogue content without permission. Brand names and product marks belong to their respective owners.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, DXBAudio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
