The EW-D SKM-S boasts impressive technical capabilities, including a lockable mute button that can be controlled remotely through a receiver or mobile device. With a 134 dB dynamic range, it handles various sound sources with ease, negating the need for gain adjustments even with loud vocalists. Bluetooth pairing up to 120 feet makes setup quick and seamless, while the equidistant tuning grid minimizes intermodulation issues by spacing 2240 frequencies over a 56 MHz bandwidth.
Remote configuration and control are possible via Bluetooth through the receiver or Smart Assist App available on both iOS and Android devices. The transmitter offers up to 8 hours of operation using two AA batteries or 12 hours with the BA 70 rechargeable battery pack, which can be charged using the L70 USB dual-charging station (not included).
